Really like & crust Dr Dow. Not happy with the phone/ message Service. I called on Monday and then followed up with another call on Tuesday. Left messages that I needed to speak to Dr. Dow or someone in his office because I was in terrible pain. Thought I was having kidney stones. Nobody returned my calls. I eventually had to go into the office to talk to the receptionist to schedule an appointment. As an existing patient of long-term, I expected better treatment than that.
Took detailed care with my husband! It was an urgent situation and he was on it! Thank you‼️
