Had to wait over two hours to see the doctor. Unacceptable!
Everyone from the receptionist, Biviana, to the medical assistant, Carrie, and nurses, Nicole and Kelsea, to Dr. Dow have been very professional and pleasant each and every time I have been there for an appointment. They have done an excellent job accommodating me whenever I have had a minor emergency and needed to get in to the clinic ASAP and with scheduling me for surgeries.
