Never received a call back We were recently shopping for Auto Insurance, and called Douglas County Insurance. I gave the lady all of our information, including social security numbers, drivers license numbers,etc. She told me she would get the quote ready, and then never called back. I called back to check on the quote, and was told she had not gotten a chance to do it yet. I have still never received a quote, and I would not recommend because of the poor customer service.
