There are no words to say how thankful I am for the help and support I received from DCHA. My housing specialist, Andrew Bougger, exceeded standards I wasn’t aware I had. With the amount of people and workload I can only imagine the Housing Authority has. He always maintained prompt communication, answers, explanations, and the determination to help is so encouraging, especially when going through hard times. Called the police to my unit due to an unknown person inside and told them to leave and received a non renewal of the leasing agreement found out it was a contractor sent by the apartments that decided just not to talk to me. I went up to ask Beverly about the situation and got told she was done with my family and within an hour had a non renewal on my door giving me 30 days to find a new place to take my 3 kids. People should know Beverly is liar she will act compassionate to get you to enroll into classes and take her side... read more
