I called to ask a couple questions, I was met with a rude female telling me there is no point to sign up for any kinda help, that it was not only a long wait but I shouldn't even waste my time. I might not even be eligible. I wasn't even calling for myself. Imagine how discouraging that would feel to someone desperately in need. Entice hope and perseverance not make people want to give up or find a new job.
Beverly at Douglas County has always been kind and has compassion for people that are in need of her assistance. they have in assisted me in every need that I have presented them with Tony is amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience since I’ve been with them. They have been a blessing and all I need to accomplish. Thank you to all the people at section 8 housing for you what you do!!!
