Dumbest hours I have ever seen. Why are you only open Monday- Thursday but you close at noon on Wednesdays.
Angie Howell is great to work with. Always polite, insightful and willing to help others. I think she's awesome at her job and I'm thankful there is a great manufactured structure specialist in Douglas County to work with.
They need to give a call or send a letter before showing up at someone's house.
Of all the Oregon county sites I’ve used professionally, Douglas County is the most user friendly and dependable. A time or two when I have needed to call, I received very good customer service from the Assessor’s department.
The online site is easy to work. I've had to call the office a couple of times with other questions and they are always super helpful .
