Horrible. When I made the appointment the lady failed to tell me that the google location is no longer their location. I showed up and was given a pamphlet from a different extremely rude lady because this clearly happens all of the time. I leave to go to the right location and while doing that I call them and let them know I will be a little late because they failed to give me the right location.
