Evidently Methodist Houston customer service training does not include the skill of overlooking the staff-member's personal biases when dealing with patients. SOMETIMES the patient is ill and/or pre-occupied when being addressed at the front desk and do not focus on pleasing the personal whims of the check-in/check-out clerk. Formerly I thought their job was to accommodate the patient, NOT to build up their own self-importance.
Dr Bree was what I wanted in a doctor. Thorough, kind and knowledgeable. Took his time and explained everything. I am very pleased.
