Drove up from SC as a new patient. Arrived for a 9:00 am appointment then was told my appointment was changed to 1:00 without prior noticed. Received call at 11:00 stating my appointment will need to be reschedule for the following day. I guess my time and expense was not important. Would not recommend!
I have a abdominal aorta aneurysm and Dr. Wilhite gave me excellent advice on how to manage it and the steps to be taken if it gets larger. Dr. Wilhite gave me plenty of time, answered all my questions, and provided an excellent follow up schedule to monitor my condition.
Doctor was very unprofessional. I was referred to him based off recommendations because there are very few Vascular Doctors in the area. Doctor saw me the first time , basically looked at me and told me I had a common issue. Rheumatologist sent me back because of continuing problems and what has been diagnosed by several others as vasculitis. Each time that I have ever had an appointment with Dr. Wilhite or surgery (2 times) he has been wonderful in all areas. I highly recommend him as a vascular surgeon. He is upfront and listens the majority of the time. He also has an excellent staff on site.

Dr. Wilhite was very pleasant but often seemed rushed. Perhaps that relates to the overall experience in the office. Oftentimes, as a patient with an appointment, I had to wait up to an hour and a half to be seen. I had surgery on my varicose veins in his office but was only scheduled for one followup visit. The varicose veins returned to the same leg within 18 months. Symptoms now are as there were initially. I am considering having the surgery again but will probably go elsewhere.
