This is the worst medical office I have ever visited. The staff is rude and unprofessional, taking patients' details in front of others. The office is extremely dirty. I arrived at 10 a.m. and did not leave until 1 p.m. I even took pictures of the filth throughout the place.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shapiro's for several years and he is exceptional. Dr. Shapiro is very professional and takes his time to explain everything to you so that you understand everything that is going on. I have had 2 different surgeries and everything went perfect. The office staff is also wonderful and easy to deal with. I would strongly recommend Dr. Shapiro to everyone.
