Professional, Prompt, Kind, Caring. I have been so impressed with Dr. Rastetter and his entire staff.
As always the visit was professional. The staff know what they are doing. But they always have time to share what they are doing away from work and ask you what's new with you. Class act all the way!
It took a long time for me to find a Dental Provider once I moved to Iowa from Michigan. I am extremely pleased with Douglas Dental. They are polite and professional, and very caring. There is a sense of family caring and support from the entire staff that makes you feel right at home. Dr. Rastetter is fantastic! I've had a few procedures done, and have not had any pain! He really has a "gentle" touch and is quick, confident, yet thorough with his work.
