Douglas engineering helped us when our vehicle died suddenly while we were on holiday. Their team stayed late, worked overtime, tirelessly sought solutions, and then supported us in our decision making about what to do next. Nothing seemed too hard for them. Their help meant so much to us in what was an extremely stressful situation, they cared, offered compassion, top service, an immaculate workshop and friendly staff. We can't thank you enough.
