I used Douglas for my Honda warranty and now back to my life Mechanix and mate. I love this place though and stoked as I get to catch up with the Honda connection and AA. Quality mechanics, with great service, friendly staff and a gorgeous ever changing and growing establishment. On ya Vince and whānau.
Exceptional service We had a fantastic experience with Vince!! Not only did he arrive quickly to our campsite at 10pm, but he also showed great professionalism and kindness. The next day, he welcomed us to his garage, took the time to thoroughly inspect our vehicle, and gave us valuable advice for the rest of our journey. His honesty and efficiency truly impressed us. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic in Taupo, this is definitely the place to go!

Highly recommend this place if your looking for honest helpful and reliable mechanics with great customer service and fairly priced took my car in on the brink of breaking and within a couple hours the team had found and fixed all the issues thought it would cost an arm and a leg for the job it needid but it didn't was very affordable Thank you so much will definitely be bringing my car to yous from now on
