I stumbled in Douglas Auto when a nearby shop couldn’t find my VIN in their computer and thus refused to do the oil change. Douglas Auto said come on in and they did the oil change while I waited. Now I only bring my car here. The mechanics are experienced and they are trustworthy and friendly. It feels good to have a mechanic shop you can trust to do a good job at a fair price.

Just moved back from Chicago. There is no better place to get your car fixed and no better prices. Very transparent. Can’t believe what was completed for the price. Not the smartest with cars but I never felt belittled or taken advantage of with additional findings.
