Douglas Auto is straight up and no BS. They won't try and upsell you any services that you don't need, their prices are reasonable, and the work I had done on my car actually fixed the issue. Imagine that in this day and age! Granted, I knew exactly what was wrong in my particular case as it's a common issue. I did find my own parts and they gave me no problems about installing them. Our first time with Douglas and yes, we will be back again and again and again. Great company run well.
Great service, I had a coolant leak and they fixed the hoses and tested it before and after. It works great now and they respected my decision on what repairs I wanted them to do and not do. I dropped my car off and picked it up 3 days later which was great.
Changed auxiliary battery for our Audi etron EV. Gave price over phone in advance, than matched the final bill. Good professional experience.
