Just moved back from Chicago. There is no better place to get your car fixed and no better prices. Very transparent. Can’t believe what was completed for the price. Not the smartest with cars but I never felt belittled or taken advantage of with additional findings.
Douglass Auto did a phenomenal job with our vehicle. Had a misfueling issue that the dealer wanted almost $9K to fix. Douglass Auto talked us through their process of step by step evaluation - and promised to do only what was needed to be done. But also guaranteed us that if it required the same amount of work the dealer said it did, that they would not hesitate to tell us that. Overall, Douglass saved us about $7K, and the car runs as good as new. Thank you to the Douglass team for a great job.
