Douglass Auto did a phenomenal job with our vehicle. Had a misfueling issue that the dealer wanted almost $9K to fix. Douglass Auto talked us through their process of step by step evaluation - and promised to do only what was needed to be done. But also guaranteed us that if it required the same amount of work the dealer said it did, that they would not hesitate to tell us that. Overall, Douglass saved us about $7K, and the car runs as good as new. Thank you to the Douglass team for a great job.

Brought in for a pre purchase inspection for a Honda Odyssey vehicle in known to have timing belt issues that need to be replaced. They didn’t even take of the cover…. Second we find out the next day bc I took it somewhere else to get timing belt checked and the sun roof is also leaking and the headliner is all stained and Douglas didn’t warn me about any of that and I purchased the vehicle. So now I have 2 big problems they should have prevented
