Douglas Auto is straight up and no BS. They won't try and upsell you any services that you don't need, their prices are reasonable, and the work I had done on my car actually fixed the issue. Imagine that in this day and age! Granted, I knew exactly what was wrong in my particular case as it's a common issue. I did find my own parts and they gave me no problems about installing them.
