Our first time with Douglas and yes, we will be back again and again and again. Great company run well.
Great service, I had a coolant leak and they fixed the hoses and tested it before and after. It works great now and they respected my decision on what repairs I wanted them to do and not do. I dropped my car off and picked it up 3 days later which was great.
Changed auxiliary battery for our Audi etron EV. Gave price over phone in advance, than matched the final bill. Good professional experience.
