They were very quick and effective. The staff are friendly. They fixed my car in less time than I expected. I will return with my automotive needs again. Great place!
They are amazing at there job, anyone who thinks they are not should stick their head in the ground and water it to see if they can grow a brain. -My father Seriously they are amazing, fixed my Jeep in good time and always called. Would definitely recommend.
The alternator went out in our Van on Mother's Day weekend just outside of Pittsfield,IL we were 67 miles from Home. After 3 hours of trying to get a hold of our AAA with no luck we were able to get a Another Towing Service Richards Towing in Pittsfield's to come and take us to O'Reilly's and due to it being unable to be fixed due to the holiday they and Driver recommended Douglas Automotive.So left our Van there and called them on Monday. The crew at Douglas automotive did an amazing job fixing my daughter's car. Scheduled me in and found the problem, ordered parts and rescheduled to do the service. Very quick and reliable. Would recommend to anyone!
