Amazing person went out of his way to help me. I can’t recommend him enough.
Terrible mechanic & he steals stuff out of your car. Jack's the prices sky high & charges for petty stuff & for things you didn't ask him to do. Also, he didn't fix one car properly by leaving out parts. He charged almost $400 just to diagnose another & it drove away worse than it started. Would never recommend. Will never go there again.
Update: I had to take my vehicle back due to the lights coming on again. James took care of my vehicle and fixed the problem and showed and explained everything to me and covered my seat. Thanks for making it right! This was my first time using this place. I needed oil change/tire rotation. My A/C wasn't cooling well. My check engine light and VSC light were on. He had my car for 2 weeks. I feel it was pricey. My A/C is still not very cold. And he got grease all over my seats, doors and floor.
