These reviews are all fake. She made us do credit and pay for it and give us a run around cause she knows market is hot and didn’t wanna deal with our broker so that she gets to sell it herself to get 4 points instead of 2 .. I have no clue how these crook realtors keep their licenses.. they’re gone get exposed sooner and later. This lady is a biggest crook

I worked with Mia Wamsley for a good length of time searching for a perfect home. Mia is a dear, a pure delight. She has the ability to get to know her clients and really know what they are searching for in a home. She is a wonderful listener and by having that attribute can guide you in the right direction. She is efficient and professional with a lot of charm. I ended up buying in a different city. Douglas and Associates are blessed to have her. An up and coming real estate star 🌟 for Santa Barbara I am sure.
