An excellent company that is incredibly responsive, friendly and accommodating to work with. I appreciate their communication and accommodating a small job just like they would a large one. I am glad I have found Douglas Finishing would gladly recommend them to anyone else.
Douglas finishing is top tier among plating companies! They have a customer service team that you can get a hold of and are very helpful. Their operators have caught dings in our parts from shipping, alerted us, and with the go ahead from our team, went the extra mile and buffed them out for us! Their quality is very consistent and whenever issues come up they are responsive to get them resolved. They are very competitive for pricing and we can usually justify paying a small premium for the ease of doing business with them.
Most of the staff are good however there are a few who are in position they probably shouldn't be. The products I have had finished have come out prefect and I'm glad I've used them. You can do multiple pieces or single. And they will help get you the best service for your piece
