Dr. Palma is professional, caring and he makes sure you understand the treatment plan for your needs. They even have Physical Therapy owned by DOS. That is definitely a plus for me.
Excellent experience. Walked in . Had ex rays with in minutes. Brought back to examing room and examed and out within 30 minutes. Staff is friendly professional and efficient
I’ve seen him twice, once for my shoulder and once for my elbow/Bicep. Originally, I went to him for a 2nd opinion after another Orthopedic wanted to do shoulder surgery for my pain. Dr. Palma recommended stretching and different exercises to help my shoulder pain. I’ve been pain free in both my shoulders for 2 years. I live 1.5 hrs away and will only go to him.
I went to see Dr.Parma for my shoulder, I felt very comfortable, took time to explain options, for me, so I could make my decision on what, I needed, would recommend, his office to others
