Everyone in the office was nice and professional. It was my first visit and they made me feel at ease.
I have major anxiety so going to the dentist is hard for me. I needed a crown reseated ASAP. They got me in right away, the entire staff was super supportive and eased my nerves. The doctor has a wonderful bed side manner. I will be coming here from now on!
From the first moment I spoke with the team on the phone, I had good vibes. Everyone was patient, friendly, and provided exceptional customer service that carried through to my in-person visit. Dr. Nigel Kasali took the time to give a very thorough overview of my x-rays and treatment plan moving forward. I really appreciated his time, knowledge, and the fact that I never felt rushed. Very nice people, I had terrible anxiety going in but they made me feel a lot better and was very nice to keep explaining to me on things I didn’t fully understand , good energy , good environment:)
This was our first visit to Custom Dental and we found the staff to be very friendly. They put my daughter at ease. Dr. Kasali took time to explain everything thoroughly and go over all of our options. We will definitely be back!
