Dr. Daws books so many patients at the same time that he is rude, and very hard on your teeth as he rushes between rooms in the "assembly line" of patients. We were kept waiting 45 minutes past our appointment time before going back. There is NO sense of personal interest here once you are seen they rush you through very roughly and as fast as they possibly can go. You leave knowing how cattle must feel. He's a mediocre endodontist at best and not nearly worth the lousy experience of dealing with him. It is truly all about h... read more

Dr. Daws was pain-free and although I get extreme anxiety just going to the dentist, I did not find my root canal treatment to cause any pain. He was thorough and actually not really that more expensive than any other dentist, perhaps a little less money. Thank you Dr. daws. Nancy L.
Dr. Dawes is great. IF you can get past the rude girls that make the appointments. Refuse to give their name when you call. You can walk in and they ignore you. Dr. Dawes is a great doctor and I try to remember that when I deal with this part of his staff. Once your in the chair his assisstants are also very good and caring. Just the front office staff that needs an attitude adjustment. Hopefully Dr. Dawes reads these posts.
Very professional and does good work but... when it come to payment will not do payment plans wants 1/2 down and the next 1/2 done at finish. $85 to just see him. Has a sign of all things on the receptionist desk stating its customary to pay for the service at time of delivery... which is true but if u are like me... who has 1300.00 laying around? Otherwise everything else is pretty good.
Dr Daws is knowledegable, personable and very good at what he does. His office is easy to find and has easy parking. His staff is friendly and the office is comfortable. He is VERY good with anesthesia and is virtually painless! I have had 3 procedures done by him and will return if needed. I drive from Pasadena and it is worth the drive.
Very congenial. Totally professional. Expert staff. State of the art office and equipment.
