Wanted to ask a few questions before making an appointment, but the lady was very rude and ignorant, unwilling to listen to my questions and quickly dropped off. BTW, their prices are crazily high compared to the third party discount programs if you have the access to.
I can hear again thanks to Dr. Chen. The surgery was fast and efficient. Dr. Chen is very compassionate. I’ve been dead in my left ear since 2014. Not anymore Thank you Dr. Chen!
