Best customer service I've encountered in a long time! I bought a set of Bamboo sheets (which feel amazing) and made a mistake on the size. 100% my mistake, the owner and staff did everything they could to sort it out for me, and found a way to have a win - win with a local charity. A Canadian company, with a great product, committment to customer service and their local community. Good humans run and work in this store. I'll be back for future purchases.
