Mike was amazing working with us I had took my car in to him after being hit at a stop sign and my car was about to be a total lost but he was able to save it I am so grateful for him and his team they did a great job fixing my car it drives great and looks brand new I will definitely go back to him if I ever need the car fix again he was super patient with us and our Insurance claim he worked with us and worked with our claim people to keep our car and for it not to be a total lost thank you so much mike.
All the staff is super knowledgeable! Always make sure I know exactly what’s going on and that the work is done right! Definitely referring!
Mike was very professional and replaced the bulb in my vehicle’s headlight fast and at a reasonable price.. DOUGIE’s Auto has always repaired my vehicles and wouldn’t trust anyone else with that task. Mike and his team are very skilled and knowledgeable in both mechanical and collision repairs. Not to mention have honest and reasonable repair costs
My car died from a bad starter and two of the guys came down the street (i live in the neighborhood and pushed my car to the shop so I didn't have to tow it! They had my car ready in less than 3 hours and were extremely nice and professional. Coming back here for any future repairs on my car!
I took my truck up there and had worst overall experience. Lady that runs the front office was friendly and communicated w me professionally and w great customer service while my truck was up there. I had frame work done...drove it home and next day my brakes wouldn't work and I had to pay for new brake line to be put in due to their negligence.
