Completely unprofessional. Was asked to evaluate my son for learning and behavior problems at school. Weekly phone calls from my wife and the school for the report/results for an overall total of 88 DAYS and 50+ phone calls to finally get erroneous results because he was evaluated without any teachers involved or surveyed... which was the reason we were there.
