Dr. Doughten was recommended to me over 30 years ago when I first moved to Riverside, and I've been happy with him all these years. He always takes the time to listen and discuss my health issues and concerns, and I never feel rushed. Wait times at the office upon arrival are short, and I've always been happy with the specialists that he has referred me to.
Dr Doughten has been my doctor for 12 years now and he is a very good doctor I’m very happy with also his staff and office are great
Dr Doughton has helped us with the transition of my mom from a skilled nursing to my home. He has been great about providing support since my mother is immobile and unable to travel out of the house for appointments.
In the beginning when bringing my Mom in. He seemed kind and understanding. But over a year of knowing my mom and taking care of her. He is rude, doesn't give a damn about her health or visiting her when she's sick or comes up with make believe answers regarding her health. Dr Doughten, while competent, has extremely poor bedside manner. His attitude is one of superiority and ego. He doesn't actually listen when you explain your problem, and shows a general disdain others. He doesn't like to be questioned, and while being a very intelligent person, clearly has much to learn about interacting with people.
