Wanted to find a local place to order a cookie cake for kids birthday. Called ahead twice no answer, submitted the order on line for a 1130 pickup the next day and called back the morning of to confirm; no answer. Went by to see if I could speak to someone, no one was there a hour before pickup. Sent someone at 1130 and the store was closed. The order was cancelled at 1123. Luckily Rouses to the rescue. Do better.
We got a variety and everything was tasty and a nice treat. Ice cream, milkshakes, customized boba and the waffles all were exactly what we needed. Yall support local and this place won’t disappoint
Ordering was pretty easy and the staff was nice and made good reccomendations. The stuff we got was good,but just Ok. The stuff really satisfies the sweet tooth,but its not gonna blow you away. Seating is kind of cramped inside and there's not that much seating outdoors. The name is kinda confusing too. There is not one Doughnut in this place,but the logo kinda looks like a doughnut and the name would imply this is a dougnut spot. Absolutely love this place. This is my only and favorite cookie dealer. The cookies are soft and large, portions are great and love the ice cream!
