I have placed numerous orders over several years from FX Dougherty. Communication has been terrific and the products are top notch. Admittedly, some vendors are very slow in producing their products - but Michelle and her team keep me informed of my orders, track back orders accordingly and advocate for their customers with vendors. My experience with FX Dougherty has been top notch.

My daughter’s wedding registry was at this store. She had chosen Gien china. Unfortunately, after a short time several of the dishes and cups had crazing. We spoke with the staff, took pictures of the damaged pieces and were told Gien would be notified. After a few weeks I called again and was told that the pieces would be replaced. It has been over a year and an half!!!! and we are still waiting. Every time I call we are given an excuse why the pieces have still not been replaced, ie. Gien is a small company, very busy, etc... read more
Failed to ship something for several months, even though the item was "in stock". Then threatened to give my order away to others when it did come in stock if I didn't give a new credit card info over the phone, and wouldn't accept by email. Worst customer service I have dealt with from a store, constantly insinuating I didn't want the product I purchased and threatening to give it to other people.
