I didn’t even get to receive therapy. I’m simply sharing the experience of walking in to ask for some information. The person at the counter was mad that I would walk in to ask for info without an appointment. And they told me that they only receive patients via referral from lawyers. So they are not looking for new patients that could come from google for instance. Dr. Dougherty and the people who work in his office are wonderful. Kind, friendly and gentle. They made me feel comfortable and explained things clearly. I'll be back.
They are friendly and truly want to help me ease my pain. I highly recommend this practice and don't worry if you are afraid of extreme methods being used that might hurt more than help Dr. Dougherty likes to start with the least amount possible and work up from there. I was nervous and now three months later I don't know what I'd do without them.
