Ordered my food online at 3:30 and in still waiting for it at 5:05.
Terrible service. Tried calling several times on April 4, 2016 at midnight, 1:00 am and also 1:36am and they still have not picked up the phone. Hours claim to be 11:00am-3:00am. Very unprofessional
Ordered food at 11 am asked for it to be here by 12 so that I could have it for my lunch break. Called at 12:05 the food was ready but they had no driver. So now my warm food is sitting there getting cold and I have nothing to eat for lunch. And I prepaid a tip but if i would have known it was going to take this long I wouldnt have tipped at all. Very unprofessional. The one in Cincinnati, OH is way better than this crap!
Most the of the guys that work there are rude and sketchy... Like the food though
