The bagels here are really good. Perfect amount of chew. I wish they would invest in a conveyor toaster to help get toasted bagels out quicker. The amount of cream cheese you get varies vastly depending on who is working, but it is never not enough. They err on the side of too much. They also have pastries, but I haven't tried any of those.
This…was painful. The food is fine, a bit pricey, but fine. The painful part is the wait. There was zero hustle. We asked for bagels to go, not toasted, no cream cheese. It took more than ten minutes. Put the bagels in a bag. Hand the bag to me. I don’t understand. They need a manager to create a sense of urgency.
Super professional am excited to taste jalapeño cheddar, and my wife to taste a gluten free bagel. I will come back. Thank you Molly for a great service. See you soon.
