Best carbonara I’ve had in North Austin
This is the most authentic Italian food I have had in the Greater Austin Area! Having been to Italy a few years ago we have been trying various restaurants around town as we were missing the authentic Italian food. Most came close but this one really beats every one of them. Great food, friendly owners and feels like a family. All the dishes we ordered carbonara, pesto and the pizza were excellent. The Tiramisu was out of this world. We will be going here regularly from now on.
This place is adorable. The food was excellent, and fresh. I appreciate a limited menu of foods done really well. I would warm up the lighting and add some Italian music that isn’t so Americanized. Why not introduce Italian pop? It was very clean. We had the meatballs, Caesar salad, a red pesto with penne and a bottle of a great dry red wine. We will definitely return regularly.
