Joan was very helpful, patient and communicative during my recent property sale. She promptly answered all of my questions.
In March we sold our condo in Fort Myers. Not being American citizens it was very difficult because we did not know the proccess. Dougan Title was amazing in assisting us through the whole process. In November, we closed on our loan through Dougan Land Title, because it was chosen by the Seller. Churee helped us and my husband and myself, our loan officer and our Agent have never been treated more terribly. Rude, Short-tempered and unprofessional. If you use this company, be careful who you choose to assist you.
