All I need to say is that Dougal’s Automotive is THE most trustworthy, most reliable auto repair shop in Asheville PERIOD. They always go above and beyond for me and take excellent care of my car! Bring your car here! Very reasonable prices! They give the option of buying aftermarket or factory made! And there are cute dogs across the street so if you’re stuck waiting for your car, you have cute animals to look at while you wait!
Its refreshing to have an experience like the one i had. Efficient. Quick. Job done. The young lady that helped me over the phone was extremely patient and helpful. I was suggested this shop through a co worker and i'm glad they did. No BS, no waiting around none of that.Car towed Monday, they called me Tuesday morning and told me what the problem was and they had it done the same day Tuesday. Highly recommend.
