I have been a customer since the beginning of 2020. Since I have moved to California earlier, I couldn’t be able to go with Doug’s team anymore. But it’s still important to say that Doug is really a helpful, patient, and professional agent. For these years, I have never experienced any issues with my insurance policy. Doug treats us like his family. He is always just a phone call away. Whatever I need, I just call Doug and he takes care of the rest. No worries on my part after that. But the thing that sets him apart from all others is he knows everything about every family member, all three generations of our family!!
