Doug was pleasant on the phone. Scheduled a visit for an estimate. My wife said he was courteous during the inspection. However, it's been 9 days and several "I'll have the quote to you today" texts since that time. We'll go elsewhere.
Timely install, fair price. Left everything neat and clean. Went over and beyond in repairing another issue he found and in coordinating with an electrician.
Doug was very professional and kind. He works quickly and efficiently.

Doug does a great job at a reasonable price. The toughest thing is to get on his schedule! Because he is so good, he's always booked on advance and if it's not an emergency, it make take a few days for him to get out to you. But, it's worth the wait for the excellent quality of his work!
