A tech came out and did some very simple work and was nice, but he was not prepared to do what actually was needed. They scheduled us for 2 days later because they need a "drain specialist" isn't that what a plumber is?! We had a window of 8am-11. At 11am not a call from anyone. Called and they said they would be out soon. At 1pm I called to check status and the girl on the phone was rude and treated me like I was an idiot. Very displeased.

If you're in a hurry or have a urgent request, don't bother calling. The lady on the phone has to spend 15 minutes asking you numerous questions and setting up an account only to tell you that no one is available for a day or two. Although it's sufficient, but when you need service and you're in a hurry, she can't tell you if anyone's available until she says after an account is set up. No thank you. People need to know if you're available right away. Stop wasting people's time

Joseph was SO SO HELPFUL AND AMAZING! I was panicking without hot water but he got out to my house the same day and fixed it quickly and professionally. I appreciate Joseph and his hard work today. Thank you!!!

Not Doug the plumber, some other company under thr guise of a local business. Have a small leak under one bathing sink. They could not find it but quoted me 600 to replace my cheaper pipes with no guarantee it would fix the leak. Guy who came out was super nice but it all feels scummy.
