The lady on the phone has to spend 15 minutes asking you numerous questions and setting up an account only to tell you that no one is available for a day or two. Although it's sufficient, but when you need service and you're in a hurry, she can't tell you if anyone's available until she says after an account is set up. No thank you. People need to know if you're available right away. Stop wasting people's time

Not Doug the plumber, some other company under thr guise of a local business. Have a small leak under one bathing sink. They could not find it but quoted me 600 to replace my cheaper pipes with no guarantee it would fix the leak. Guy who came out was super nice but it all feels scummy.
