We ordered a plant to be delivered to my husband's sister for her birthday. On the actual day, my husband. got an email that the order was cancelled because they didn't have the plant. Now it's too late to get anything else delivered. Bad inventory control and a total disregard for customers. No apology, or offer to send something else. Oh, and their phone doesn't work. Terrible.
