We started by interviewing ten real estate agents and signed on Doug. Doug did a great job for us. The video he created showing off our 200+ acres is incredible. Doug brought a steady stream of qualified buyers to view the property. Most found the project overwhelming. Doug was able to put together an offer for our very complicated situation. I would recommend Doug to market and sell any high end property.

Doug helped me for more than a year to buy the home I was renting. He helped me get my credit straightened out so that I could qualify for the loan I needed. He referred me to the perfect lender. He talked with the property owner for me throughout the year long process and kept the sale together for me. And when he finally got my sale to close, he didn’t even ask for a real estate commission from me or from the seller. He just did everything to help me. He’s a rare person. We need more people in this world like him.

I have been working with Doug for the past year on a second home and property for our family. Doug is thoughtful, responsive, smart and capable. We looked at a property off the beaten path, and when the road was obstructed by a fallen tree, Doug let the owner know about it and then proceeded to tow it off the road. Donna/Doug - Giving an honest and accurate review of a business transaction doesn't make someone a bad or ugly person. We are just letting people know what transpired. Interesting that Doug's mother lives down the street - perhaps you are his sister? You don't refer to doing business with him and it looks like you are somewhere in Colorado. I guess you are responding for Doug. Maybe there was some backlash from that unprofessional response below. That does show his true nature and your response is another red flag as to why ... read more
