Was very rude and abrupt when asked if he was looking to hire a helper or an apprentice. Was not able to say a word other than goodbye before he quickly hung up his phone.

Doug came the next day and gave me a quote and arranged to do the electrical work for me.
Was excited to hire this electrician, because I was referred to them by several people. They promptly returned my initial call, but then failed to reconnect with me after requesting a picture of the situation. After several attempts to contact them, they texted me saying to find another electrician. Odd experience, professionalism started top notch but did not last long.
