These guys are unprofessional and highly NOT recommended. 1. long waits on parts 2. absolutely NO communication with customers 3. shady estimates 4. they have the audacity to outright lie to the insurance companies AND customers 5. Complete LACK of customer service from receptionist to owner They simply are going through the motions and a disgraceful example of a once reputable business.
They are scammers. I took my vehicle in to have a panel painted. The color did not match when I picked up my vehicle. They parked my vehicle between two other vehicles so I would not see their mistake. They charged me 550 dollars out of my own pocket. When I took my vehicle back to show them their mistake, they did not care and I did not get a refund. Shame on them!!!!
