I started new auto, condo, and umbrella policies. Sam was absolutely FANTASTIC. First with a prompt response with the quotes, then setting up the new policies. She took care of everything, including setting up the payment option I wanted. She was thorough, explained everything clearly, and was very friendly throughout the process.
