Wow! I recently met Doug Mullaly in the process of getting an estimate to have our main DWV stack repaired. Doug is an extremely nice and knowledgeable individual that provides the most cost effective solutions to your plumbing needs. Doug not only showed up on time for the estimate, he provided us with an estimate that will save us between $1000 to $3000 compared to another estimate we received from our long time local plumber in the Canton area. I highly recommend Doug for all your plumbing needs.

Made a text inquiry about a kitchen faucet replacement several years ago. Got a rudely brief reply that didn't even say the suggested faucet brand or model. Made a text inquiry about a bathroom faucet replacement a few days ago, and got no response.
Needed shower faucet fixed. I've had 3 different plumbers out. It was a commercial faucet and no one knew how to fix it, actually had a guy sit on my toilet for almost an hour looking up illustrations on his phone on how to fix it 🤔. To the rescue was Doug. Got his name from Renners plumbing supplies, where I went to buy a part for shower. He spent 2 1/2 hours. Knew exactly what he was doing, no hesitation.
