Best plumber in the area by far! Extremely knowledgeable and good at what he does.
Made a text inquiry about a kitchen faucet replacement several years ago. Got a rudely brief reply that didn't even say the suggested faucet brand or model. Made a text inquiry about a bathroom faucet replacement a few days ago, and got no response.
Needed shower faucet fixed. I've had 3 different plumbers out. It was a commercial faucet and no one knew how to fix it, actually had a guy sit on my toilet for almost an hour looking up illustrations on his phone on how to fix it 🤔. To the rescue was Doug. Got his name from Renners plumbing supplies, where I went to buy a part for shower. He spent 2 1/2 hours. Knew exactly what he was doing, no hesitation. Have tried to contact Doug 3 times over the last 2 weeks, no return calls, no text, no follow up of any kind. These positive reviews are misleading. He either has so much work he doesn't to follow up. Jim S
