I have follow this guy forever makes great music and does awesome chainsaw carvings.
Doug is a way cool guy to start with. My country band and his go back a ways. He's also talented in the visual arts. Check out his digs when you're in Manchaca (that's pronounced Man Check)!
Doug Moreland & R.L. Blair do amazing work here between chainsaw art/yardart/sculptures & structures to singer-songwriter nights and crawfish boils. Both men are world reknown artists and experts in their own rights, as well as fine friendly folks.
