I went in awhile ago and the whole staff was incredibly rude to my mother and I, Massick was by far the most rude. Initially I didn’t say anything because I just wanted my appointment over with but he is one of those people that thinks way too highly of himself. Talked down to my mom , I guess because I kept quiet he didn’t say anything rude to me. I was having issues with, some really bad nosebleeds, they would happen anywhere, sometimes sending me to the ER, DR Massick found the problem, which were very thin vessels, that would crack, and bleed uncontrollably. He cauterize the vessels, and now I feel, like a new person, I'm not afraid to go anywhere, thinking that maybe my nose would bleed, Thank you Dr. Massick, you are the best ENT
