Dear god do not use this man for appraisals! He was supposed to have it completed by the end of March. It's now mid April and my bank NOR myself can get ahold of him. He guaranteed my bank he would have the appraisal today and it's almost 6pm with no response. DO NOT USE.
If your looking this guy up I feel sorry for you! You can expect to not close on time or at all. Terrible service!!!!!
Appraisal is almost a week over do.
