I am extremely disappointed in this agency. Every insurance company that I have ever dealt with had converage for glass breakage with no deductible. I have been told, after the fact, that State Farm folds glass breakage into comprehensive with a $500 deductible. I was not told that I could have paid an extra $14 every six months to be covered for glass breakage. I will now be out of pocket nearly $600 for a new windshield.
