We had this company replace all our windows, doors, gutters and siding about 15 years ago. During a recent storm we lost a small piece a facia on the side of our house. I called and asked for an estimate to replace. After six weeks with no response a person shows up at my door on Saturday asking to replace my facia. I have no estimate no information. I called the office while he sat in front of my house for 20 minutes. This gentleman seemed confused that I didnt know what was going on. No call, no email nothing just shows up... read more

I would love to give details, however, after a visit and taking measurements for a patio cover about a month ago, I have not heard one word from them. I have called the office and left messages and was told they would get back to me. No one has ever called me. Will not do business with someone who does not have the courtesy to return a call.

I had siding installed. They sub-contracted it. The installers were horrible. Now all my windows have water leaking around them. They also tried to not install the insulation. Would not recommend ever!
