I recently purchased sliding glass doors. The experience was very good. We had to get approval from the Homeowner Association and Trent was willing to come to the Association Meeting to confirm the specifications. The installation was professional and well done; the doors and insulation are very superior to the ones that were replaced. One of the locks did not match and had to be replaced. They ordered a new one from the factory.
