During the recent enrollment I went through the Marketplace and picked out what looked like a good plan and for zero premium. Doug checked up on that and called me and made me realize that I had only deductible, no co-pay. We found another plan with a co-pay that was just $3 a month. This morning I went to the Doc and paid a $35 co-pay while an unfortunate lady with only deductible found out that she will have to pay $120 to $180 per visit until her deductible is met. Thank you Doug for following up on my choice!
