The girl who answered the phone was utterly rude, ignorant, and unprofessional. She doesn’t spare a chance for you to talk, won’t listen, and knows just about nothing. I’m not sure who she thinks she is with that cocky attitude but apparently she keeps repeating that she is a Harvard student. What a shame.
