Purchased a home in 2019. His team never completed the issues that came up during his “one year warranty”. HVAC system was not installed correctly. Numerous other homeowners have had the same heating and cooling issues due to incorrect cold air return size. Basement beam cracked completely within 4 years. All of our drywall outside corners cracked within one year, avoids taking accountability and fixing issues within the one year guarantee.
Loved our first Doug Howard home so much that we had him build us a larger model (Swan II). We love our second house even better! I have found Doug to be a man of integrity who does what he says he is going to do. His team of contractors are also really awesome! They do great work and are always pleasant to talk to when visiting during the building process.
